DONSE Flord Mountain Hotel is conceived as a premium lifestyle retreat in Flord Village, Savadkuh, Mazandaran. Set within a quiet highland environment shaped by a mountain climate, forest views and the low-density character of the village, the project is designed around restorative stays and a meaningful reconnection with nature.
The proposed development is a two-storey hospitality complex with a preliminary capacity of approximately 90 guests across three accommodation typologies. A future expansion phase could increase the property to 35 rooms and approximately 150 guests. DONSE Hotels Group is responsible for the project’s management, delivery and integrated hospitality operation.
